Праздничный Coldplay

В начале декабря английская группа Coldplay выпустила рождественский сингл, который называется "Christmas Lights" ("Рождественские огни").

Это грустная песня о расставании с любимой в ночь перед Рождеством, о том, как меланхолия не даёт почувствовать настроение праздника. Однако никогда не надо терять веры в чудо, и лирический герой продолжает надеяться на то, что рождественские огни и фейерверки озарят всё вокруг, вернут любимую, и все печали останутся позади. 

Совсем скоро Coldplay обещали исполнить эту композицию "вживую": группа примет участие в рождественском выпуске передачи канала BBC "Top Of The Pops", которая выйдет в эфир 25 декабря.
