Skydweller: романтика лондонских крыш

Skydweller ("Обитатель небес") -  видеопортрет современного Лондона, сопровождающийся стихами молодого британского поэта и писателя Пола Хоуорта (Paul Haworth) и музыкой Тома Розенталя (Tom Rosenthal).

Видео было снято из окон квартиры одного из трех многоэтажных домов лондонского микрорайона Барбикан. Оно сделано с использованием техники time-lapse: то есть, по сути, это около пяти тысяч последовательных фотографий, собранных вместе.

Как заметил Пол Хоуорт, "Наблюдать за великими городами с высоты птичьего полета - занятие прекрасное и в то же время немного пугающее. Просматривая видео, я был очарован тем, насколько необузданным и диким выглядит Лондон. С одной стороны, это абсолютно экономический ландшафт, а с другой - в нем столько романтики. Глядя на него с небес, начинаешь фантазировать о том, что происходит там, внизу."
